Egyptian real estate in high demand at the Amman Real Estate Conference and Exhibition

The activities of the Oman Real Estate Conference and Exhibition concluded after witnessing participation, turnout and great success with the participation of the pavilion of Egyptian companies for the first time, especially since it is the largest event in the real estate sector in the Sultanate of Oman - the real estate conference and exhibition within the Oman Construction and Design Week, under the patronage of His Excellency the Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority and His Excellency the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning in partnership with the Real Estate Association, in the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Egyptian Defense Attaché in the Sultanate.

Several Egyptian companies participated in the exhibition for the first time in the Sultanate of Oman in cooperation with Sahab Gulf United Company and in cooperation with the Omani Ministry of Housing in order to export Egyptian real estate to the Omani market for Egyptians and Omanis wishing to invest in real estate in Egypt. 

The event included more than 50 international experts and speakers, 9 enriching dialogue sessions on various topics, including more than 40 agreements, and the accompanying exhibition included more than 150 exhibitors and more than 40 visiting countries, and discussion of prominent topics in the sector such as investment opportunities and digital transformation, renaissance of governorates, legislation and laws, facilities management and owners' associations, future cities, innovation and
